It contains a high concentration of the pulp of selected fruits grown in Hungary, with high nutritional value. The taste of our grandmothers' syrup has been preserved in a bottle, free of preservatives and additives.

It is important to emphasize that the fruit content in Nektária syrups is provided by the eponymous fruit puree, not by juice concentrate.

In the case of fruit juice concentrate production, the concentrate is produced by physical extraction of water using heat and chemicals. Thanks to the technology used, the fruit loses a very high percentage of its nutritional value, the vitamins.

The Nektária family business does not work with concentrates, it has its own fruit processing plant.

They process fresh, ripe Hungarian fruit seasonally, from which they make valuable fruit puree. Depending on the fruit, 1.5-2 kg of fruit is used to produce 1 kg of fruit puree. Thanks to the use of ripe fruit in our syrups, the vitamin and nutrient-rich, fibrous pulp is preserved. Moderate consumption has a beneficial effect on supporting our health.

Can be used

For making syrup, lemonade, iced tea, slush drinks, hot drinks, mulled wine, cocktails, shakes, yoghurt, ice cream, cakes, sweets, flavouring.

Ingredients

• 4 cl Nektária fruit puree syrup
• 2 dl hot green tea
• 1 lemon slice to taste

Preparation

Pour the fruit puree over the green tea, flavour with lemon to taste. Can be decorated with fresh fruit slices.

Our family business, Nektária Manufaktúra, was founded in Fejér county in 2012. We produce healthy, domestic, premium quality products from vegetables and fruits of local producers, mostly locally, using gentle methods.
