Is there a healthier fruit juice than 100% fruit content?

Yes! The solution is in fruit processing.

The most widespread production in the world is fruit juices diluted with water from juice concentrates. The content of fruit juice produced in this way is determined in a table, e.g. the ingredients of a 100% apple juice: 10 kg juice concentrate + 58 l water + other additives.

In the case of fruit juice concentrate production, the production of the concentrate is a physical effect involving heat and chemicals to remove water and concentrate. Thanks to the technology used, the fruit loses a very large percentage of its nutritional value, the vitamins.

The Nektária family business does not work from concentrate, it has its own fruit processing plant.

Seasonal fresh, Hungarian, ripe fruit is processed, from which valuable, vitamin-rich pressed juice and fruit puree are made. Then, by mixing the apple pressed juice and the eponymous fruit puree in the right proportions, fruit juice is produced. Their product is richer in vitamins and nutrients, fibrous content thanks to the direct use of ripe fruit. 1L of fruit or vegetable juice, depending on the variety, is 1.5-2 kg of fruit or vegetable pressed, fibrous juice, with the eponymous fruit puree. Consuming their fruit juice has a beneficial effect on supporting our health.

Ingredients

• 1 dl whipped cream
• 4 dl milk,
• 1 dl Nektária fruit puree syrup
• 1 vanilla-flavored cold-prepared pudding powder
• a few raspberries (fruit)

Preparation

Mix the pudding powder with the milk, then whip the cream until fluffy and mix with the pudding and raspberry puree. Refrigerate. When serving, you can pattern a few drops of cream on your plate, decorate with raspberry pieces, basil leaf.
