Raspberry Gourmet fruit puree syrup

It contains a high concentration of the pulp of selected raspberries grown in Hungary, which have a high nutritional value. We have preserved the taste of our grandmothers' syrup in a bottle, free from preservatives and additives.

It is important to emphasize that the fruit content in Nektária syrups is provided by the fruit puree that gives the syrup its name, not by juice concentrate.

In the case of fruit juice concentrate production, the concentrate is produced by removing water and thickening it using physical force, heat and chemicals. Thanks to the technology used, the fruit loses a very high percentage of its nutritional value and vitamins.

The Nektária family business does not work with concentrates, it has its own fruit processing plant.

They process fresh, ripe, Hungarian fruit seasonally, from which they make valuable fruit puree. Depending on the fruit, 1.5-2 kg of fruit is used to produce 1 kg of fruit puree. Thanks to the use of ripe fruit in our syrups, they have a fibrous content rich in vitamins and nutrients. Moderate consumption has a beneficial effect on supporting our health.

We recommend that you consume fibrous products made from pressed and/or fruit puree.

Can be used for

Making syrup, lemonade, iced tea, slush drinks, hot drinks, mulled wine, cocktails, shakes, yoghurt, ice cream, cakes, desserts and flavouring.

Suggested use: Make a delicious smoothie with it!

Ingredients

• 4 cl Nektária fruit puree syrup
• 2 pieces of fresh or frozen fruit
• 15 cl milk
• 3-4 ice cubes

Preparation

1. Put the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until frothy.
2. Then pour into glasses and decorate with fruit.

Our family business, Nektária Manufaktúra, was founded in Fejér county in 2012. We mainly produce healthy, domestic, premium quality products from the vegetables and fruits of local producers using gentle methods.
