Suggested use

Use for cream, puddings, fruit salad, pastries.

Rice pudding with raspberries for 2 people:

• 1/2 l milk
• 125 g rice
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 tsp Kotányi Bourbon vanilla sugar
• fresh raspberries

Preparation: Slowly bring the milk to a boil with the salt and vanilla sugar on a low heat, add the rice, bring to the boil again and simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Pour the finished rice pudding into small bowls and decorate with fresh raspberries.

Tip: This recipe is also excellent with ripe peaches.
