Product description

PUR-PUR bread is made from wholemeal purple flour and wholemeal rye flour. Its valuable ingredients, such as dietary fiber and anthocyanins contained in the outer layer of the purple wheat grain, are also included in the bread itself. This is how it gets its strong, crispy crust, juicy crumb, and let's not forget the long-lasting freshness! 

Consumption

The product must be consumed within 24 hours, DO NOT refreeze!

Producer information

In 2004, the company moved from Budapest to Szigetszentmiklós, where production takes place in a nearly 2000 m2, state-of-the-art factory building built on a greenfield investment on a 1-hectare property owned by the company, in accordance with strict food safety, quality assurance (HACCP, BRC) and technological regulations. They currently work with more than a hundred employees, whose loyalty and professional competence greatly contribute to their successful operation.

Their employees carry out their work in compliance with good manufacturing and good hygiene practices, as well as food safety and environmental protection regulations, so that their products can always be consumed safely. They produce and deliver their products under controlled conditions, with regular inspections.
