Wheat gluten is a flexible, swelling material, which makes it possible to bake beautiful, high bread from wheat flour. Wheat meat (seitan) can also be made from wheat gluten with proper seasoning. Fried or baked, we get a topping with a texture and taste similar to meat.

The manufacturer Biorganik markets products from non-organic farming under the Naturmind brand name.
