Steamed dumplings make it complete. Chilled, pasteurized product. All products are made with cage-free eggs. The egg itself, but also the egg as an ingredient in various ingredients. For example, egg yolk in mayonnaise.

Preparation

Preparation in a microwave oven: Remove the paper lid, pierce the lid foil several times and heat the product for 2-3 minutes at 600 W. We recommend heating the side dish separately for 1 minute at 300 W.

Preparation in a water bath: Remove the paper lid, place the intact container in the water and heat to at least 60°C.

Katka Šimková started her business in early 2008, which focused on the production of healthy food. She wanted to create an alternative to the crazy box diets that flooded the market at that time. She paid attention to quality, professionally prepared menus and perfect service. Customers appreciated this approach with an increasing number of orders, and soon there was an expansion of production and further technological investments.

The company gradually transformed into Zdravé stravování s.r.o. and moved to a newly built plant in Strážnice. Currently, the company focuses on the production of complementary foods such as nut butters, ready-to-eat chilled meals, healthy desserts, broths and non-dairy products. They prepare meals from quality and fresh ingredients. They use organic products, vegetables and fruits, preferably from local producers. All production undergoes strict control and follows the HACCP system. In order to preserve the nutritional value of the food, gentle technological procedures and modern gastronomic equipment, such as convection ovens, are used during preparation.

Storage

Store in a refrigerator at a temperature between 2-6°C. Consume immediately after opening.
