Apple sauce with fine banana - made from 100 percent fruit, without added sugar (the fruits contain naturally occurring sugars). With its aromatic, sweet taste, it offers pure enjoyment and is also excellent as a dessert with rice pudding, pancakes and much more. The fruits for the Alnatura apple sauce enriched with banana come from organic farming.

10 minutes.
Ingredients
For 2 glasses:
- 8 heaped tablespoons Alnatura natural coconut cream (vegan alternative, can also be yoghurt) (200 g)
- 8 tablespoons Alnatura apple sauce with banana (180 g)
- 8 tablespoons Alnatura coconut oat groats (100 g)
- 1 passion fruit or maracuja
Preparation
- Layer 2-2 tablespoons of natural coconut, apple puree and coconut oat groats in 2 sealable jars. Repeat this process. Halve the fruit, scrape out the fruit pulp and place on the desserts.
- Close the jars and place in the refrigerator until ready to eat. If you like, you can shake the glasses vigorously just before serving.
