Apple sauce with fine banana - made from 100 percent fruit, without added sugar (the fruits contain naturally occurring sugars). With its aromatic, sweet taste, it offers pure enjoyment and is also excellent as a dessert with rice pudding, pancakes and much more. The fruits for the Alnatura apple sauce enriched with banana come from organic farming.

Preparation time
10 minutes.

Ingredients
For 2 glasses:

• 8 heaped tablespoons Alnatura natural coconut cream (vegan alternative, can also be yoghurt) (200 g)
• 8 tablespoons Alnatura apple sauce with banana (180 g)
• 8 tablespoons Alnatura coconut oat groats (100 g)
• 1 passion fruit or maracuja

Preparation

1. Layer 2-2 tablespoons of natural coconut, apple puree and coconut oat groats in 2 sealable jars. Repeat this process. Halve the fruit, scrape out the fruit pulp and place on the desserts.
2. Close the jars and place in the refrigerator until ready to eat. If you like, you can shake the glasses vigorously just before serving.
