Kotányi Shanghai wok seasoning mix

The secrets of wok: Kotányi Secrets of China Shanghai wok seasoning mix – a harmonious seasoning mix for authentic Asian flavours.

Suggested use

Asian wok for 3-4 people

• 350 g turkey breast fillet,
• 1 leek,
• 150 g mushrooms,
• 2 carrots,
• 100 g soy sprouts,
• 1 bell pepper,
• 3 tbsp sesame oil,
• 1 pack Kotányi Shanghai wok seasoning mix,
• 1/8 l meat stock,
• soy sauce to taste,
• 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds,
• salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Cut the turkey and the bell pepper into strips, slice the leek and the mushrooms. Cut the carrots into thin strips. Fry the turkey in sesame oil until golden brown, add the vegetables and the mushrooms, then fry together, add the Kotányi Shanghai wok seasoning mix and stir well. Deglaze with the meat stock. Season to taste with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds before serving.

Tip: Serve with basmati rice or pasta.
