Kékfrankos, blauburger, pinot noir are the majority, but since only this red wine was made in the Bolyki Valley in 2014, the best of each grape enriches it. A light, juicy, summer red wine with cherries, black cherries, and the rich spices of kékfrankos and blauburger. Fermented spontaneously without yeast, aged for half a year in new and used 500-liter barrels.

Producer information
The winery is located ten minutes from the city center of Eger, in a truly exciting location in a landscaped environment, between the 30-meter walls of an old quarry. The quarry is located on 3.2 hectares in four quarry yards, which are connected by tunnels. The estate has 9 cellars: barrel cellars, bottle aging cellars and hospitality cellars.
The winemaker, János Bolyki, is an agricultural engineer who has been making wines since 2003, and his first Bikavér received a silver medal at the Wine Olympics in Bordeaux in 2006. Since then, he has managed to bring home a medal from the world's largest wine competition every year with one or two wines.

Storage
Store at 10-15 degrees, in a dark, sealed place, consume within 1-2 days after opening.
