Product information:

Drying is the oldest preservation method, during which most of the water content is removed from the vegetables.
The flesh of the excellent dried fruit is flexible and offers all its flavors in a concentrated form.

Suggested use:

Sun-dried tomatoes in sunflower oil are a great choice for salads, sauces and pasta. It can be easily combined with other ingredients such as garlic, basil or rosemary.
The oil preserves the flavor of the sun-dried tomatoes, so if the tomatoes run out of the jar, the pleasant tomato oil can be used to make salads.
