Bertolli Originale is suitable for all dishes and perfectly complements the taste of individual ingredients.

Olive oil may become cloudy below 20 °C, and solid flakes may form at lower temperatures. This does not affect its quality, the oil will clear again at room temperature.

Producer information

Their story began in Tuscany in 1865, when Francesco and Caterina Bertolli discovered their great passion for producing olive oil. Their reputation for excellence soon spread, and they opened their first shop in the beautiful city of Lucca, below their family home. Today they have grown into a major brand, but the products still embody the hallmarks of Italian cuisine. 

Storage

Protect from light and heat. Olive oil may become cloudy below 20°C and white, solid particles may start to form below 10˘C. The oil will clear again at 20°C. This does not affect its quality.
