Ingredients

• 340 g Rummo Spaghetti N° 3
• 15 g chili
• 1 clove of garlic
• 60 ml extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

1. Peel the garlic, fry it in olive oil and be careful not to burn it.
2. Crush the chili, add it to the garlic and leave it on the heat for a few more minutes.
3. Then boil water, add salt and cook the pasta for 9 minutes.
4. When the time is up, drain the pasta, add it to the sauce and the dish is ready to eat.
