A Casino Mocca Daanisa from Ethiopia’s Guji–Shakiso region is a smallholder arabica grown at 1900–2100 metres. In the cup, peach-like sweetness meets aromatic hop-like playfulness and bergamot elegance.

This arabica, made up of local indigenous varieties, is produced with dry processing, and the fermentation happens spontaneously – which makes the profile especially layered and memorable. Casino Mocca’s roasting philosophy is all about the details: the goal is clean aromatics, balanced sweetness, and a refined, long finish. Use

As an espresso, it shows its peach-and-bergamot notes at their best, but as a filter coffee it also reveals a bright, fruity side. Taste it black first, then try it with a sip of water to highlight the finish.
