Breaded caulflower with cheese 

Nádudvari breaded cauliflower balls with cheese are a coated, shaped, quick-frozen semi-finished product. They offer a cauliflower-and-cheese filling in a crispy coating, making them a great choice for a quick lunch or as a side dish.

They can be prepared by deep-frying in plenty of oil at 170–180 °C for 3–4 minutes until golden brown, or in an air fryer at 180 °C for 4.5–5 minutes. In the oven, they can be reheated in a preheated fan-assisted oven at 180 °C for 8–8.5 minutes; it is recommended to let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Use

Deep fryer or frying pan: fry the frozen product in plenty of oil at 170–180 °C for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
Air fryer: 4.5–5 minutes at 180 °C.
Oven: 8–8.5 minutes at 180 °C in a preheated fan-assisted oven. Let rest for a few minutes after baking.
