MAGGI Meat Balls

A MAGGI Meatball Mix is a seasoning blend for flavouring minced meat, also suitable for Swedish-style meatballs. It can be prepared in an air fryer without adding oil, with a short cooking time.

Since 1869, MAGGI has been developing practical kitchen solutions. With this mix, you can make meatballs with a consistently balanced flavour, which you can serve with mashed potatoes, brown gravy and cranberry jam. If you don’t have an air fryer, it can also be prepared in the oven.

Use

Ingredients: 500 g minced meat, 100 ml water. Mix the minced meat, the mix and the water, then shape into approx. 24 medium-sized balls. Cook in an air fryer at 180 °C for 12 minutes, or in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 18 minutes. Cooking times may vary depending on the appliance; make sure the meat is thoroughly cooked.
