Recipe suggestion
Ingredients:
- 2 KANZI® apples
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 60 g white chocolate
- 60 g dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons caramel cream
- 1 tablespoon colorful sprinkles
- Wash the KANZI® apples and remove their cores.
- Slice off thin pieces from the top and bottom (you won't need these), then cut each apple into 4 thick slices.
- Brush the cut surfaces of the slices with lemon juice.
- Separately melt the dark and white chocolate in the microwave, stirring at 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Place the slices on baking parchment, then drizzle the chocolate over them in a zigzag pattern.
- Finally, garnish the apple "donuts" with caramel and colorful sprinkles.
