This Hungarian loose Golden apple is a delicious kitchen staple. Its yellowish flesh is pleasantly sweet with a slight tartness and delicate aroma, making it wonderful to enjoy fresh. Thanks to its naturally high pectin content, it makes a great jam base and easily thickens runnier fruit preserves. Keep it in a cool, dry place between 6–8 °C.
