Preparation and use
Ingredients
- 15 dkg ham
- 15 dkg mushrooms
Suggested use
Fry 15 dkg mushrooms and 15 dkg ham in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add 3 dl of cold water, the contents of the bag and 4 g (approx. 1-2 heaped teaspoons) of table salt, then mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes from boiling. Serve with pasta and grated cheese.
