Lucullus Roasted Chicken Seasoning Salt

Rub the ready-to-cook chicken with the seasoning salt and let it stand for 20 minutes. Steam the meat in an oiled baking pan with a little water under foil until tender, then remove the foil and roast it until golden, basting with its own juices. The contents of the sachet are sufficient for seasoning 1 kg of ready-to-cook chicken.

Ingredients

• 1 ready-to-cook chicken
• 1 sachet Lucullus Roasted Chicken Seasoning Salt
• 1 small red onion

Preparation

Wash and pat dry the chicken, then rub it thoroughly with the seasoning salt inside and out. Peel the onion and stuff it into the chicken's cavity. Brush with oil, then place on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 1 hour. Baste with its own juices occasionally.
