During the grazing period, the milk is much fatter and since it does not have a set fat content and is not homogenized, cream may separate on the product.

The Maszlik family farm is located in the gentle slopes of the Middle Cserhát, on the edge of the Palóc land, in the Szente stream valley. The manufacturer started his agricultural business in 1991 with crop production, and a few years later expanded it with animal husbandry. The family business milks 80 cows, producing 1500-2000 liters of milk per day, depending on the weather and feeding. The manufacturer did not want to engage in mass production, but rather committed to making fewer pieces, but quality dairy products. For years, his main profile was milk production, then in 2007 he launched his milk truck, with which he sells his products directly in the Szente area. The most important goal of the farm is to keep the entire production process in hand, so that they can produce everything themselves "from the ground to the table".
