Product description

Evenly sliced, approximately 50 mm in diameter and 1.3-1.4 mm thick, with a circular cross-section, arranged in a shingle-like pattern. The cut surface reveals an even mosaic of bright red meat and yellowish-white bacon pieces. The distribution of spices is even. Smoked, with a pleasantly spicy aroma, its harmonious flavour is provided by paprika, black pepper and caraway. Slightly salty taste. The aroma of ripe meat and spices is noticeable. Vacuum-packed.
