Gyulai sliced sausage is a traditional sausage made with drying ripening. HUNGARIKUM, a pair of sausages awarded with numerous international and domestic recognitions.
In February 2013, with the launch of Gyulahús Kft., the meat industry production in Gyula was put on a new footing. With the help of the municipality's job-saving state support, the local government purchased the buildings, machinery and brand name of the former meat-processing plant from the liquidator, thus saving the Gyula Meat Industry. Dry goods are still produced in the original Stéberl plant, using traditional technologies, while the production of stuffed goods - liver, wieners, cold cuts - continues at the Kétegyházi út site, which was converted in 2010. Product development is continuous in both plants, and it is important that new products can also be included in the diet of people with food allergies. Our mission is to ensure that Gyulai will remain a symbol of quality, expertise, tradition and commitment even 150 years from now.
Storage
Store and consume refrigerated between 0-+10˚C until the date indicated on the packaging. The best before date applies to unopened packaging.
