PrivátHús Beechwood Smoked Bacon Sliced

Product description

A product made from boneless pork belly, formed into a near rectangular shape, cured and smoked. In the case of sliced products, the slices are approx. 1-1.5 mm thick, in a protective gas packaging. 
The smoked product is reddish in colour, the sliced product contains at least two layers of meat and a cream-coloured bacon layer. The smoked cured meat has a noticeable aroma and flavour, with a pleasantly mild salty taste. Smoked with beechwood.

Use

The product can only be consumed after thorough heat treatment!
