Tao Tao Chinese Glass Noodles

TaoTao Chinese glass noodles are one of the most popular types of oriental noodles, made from mung beans and peas. They are excellent for traditional and Asian soups, salads, meat and vegetable dishes, as they perfectly absorb the flavour of whatever they are added to. There is no need to cook them; they are ready to eat after heat treatment.

Preparation

Place the noodles in a pot, pour boiling water over them, then cover for 3 minutes. Drain, and the noodles are ready to serve.
