Vifon Tokyoto Mirin is a liquid flavour enhancer seasoning from Japan, with a complex and rich umami taste that combines sweet, sour, salty, and bitter flavours. It is made by fermenting rice and water and enriched with lemon extract. One of the benefits of using Mirin is neutralising the characteristic fishy smell, and it can be used equally for authentic Japanese meat dishes, seafood, sushi, sauces, and marinades.
