INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon ManóMenü cooking oil
- 2 spring onions with greens or 1 red onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- half dl tomato puree or tomato juice
- 1 potato cut into small cubes
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- Marjoram half teaspoon or 1 small sprig if fresh

PREPARATION
- 1Sauté the onions in oil, then add the finely chopped potatoes. When the potatoes are slightly browned, add the tomatoes and spices.
- 2After 10 minutes, mash it slightly with a fork or blender (remove the bay leaf and marjoram stem beforehand).
- 3Then add the potatoes cut into larger cubes. You can also add water if you deem it necessary.
- 4Once the larger potatoes are soft, it's ready.
Tip
You can also serve it with sour cream on top.
