  • 1 small sweet potato
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 thin spring onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 basil leaf

    Recommended from 9 months of age. When cooking meat broth or vegetable soup, it's worth freezing the broth in smaller portions to dilute cream soups, sauces, and purées with it instead of water, as this makes them much more flavorful. The ManóMenü purée holder is also excellent for this!

    Clean and chop the vegetables, then toss them with oil and roast them in a 170-degree oven until tender. It's worth preparing a larger batch to make the most of the oven's capacity.

    Once done, blend the vegetables together with the juice released from the tomatoes and the broth.
