  • 20 dag sour cream
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 3 tsp grated horseradish
  • 8 dag flour
  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Olive oil for frying the chicken breast well

  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salad to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil for dressing the salad
 

PREPARATION

    Slice the chicken breast into strips, salt, and pepper it.

    Pour the sour cream into a bowl, add the eggs and horseradish, mix thoroughly, then add the flour and stir until smooth.

    Coat the seasoned chicken strips in the flour mixed with paprika, dip them in the horseradish-sour cream mixture, and fry them in plenty of hot oil until golden brown.

    Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice, and serve with fresh salad.
