  • 400 ml sour cream
  • 2 pcs egg yolk
  • 1500 g potato
  • 400 g smoked sausage
  • 6 pcs egg
  • 10 g salt

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly, then boil them with their skins on in lightly salted water until tender. Once cooked, rinse them with cold water, peel, and slice.

    Add the egg yolks to the sour cream, season with salt, and mix thoroughly.

    Grease an ovenproof dish with any fat of your choice, add a layer of potatoes, season with salt, then add the sliced hard-boiled eggs and the sliced sausage, another layer of potatoes, drizzle with a few spoonfuls of the sour cream mixture, and start layering again. Continue this until all ingredients are used up, with sour cream on top.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
