  • 9 cloves garlic

    Slice the ribs along the bones, salt, pepper, sprinkle with ground cumin, and arrange them in a baking tray.

    Pile the peeled, chopped garlic on top, spoon over the fat, pour in 100 ml of water, and cover with moistened baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius, fan-assisted mode, for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 150 degrees Celsius and continue baking in fan-assisted mode for 1.5-2 hours.

    This much time is sufficient for the meat to become butter-soft, but the result also depends on the size of the meat slices.
