Ingredients
- 1 nice slice of T-bone steak
- Coarse salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon Dijon creamy mustard
- 1 teaspoon Dijon grainy mustard
- 1 bunch chopped parsley
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
Steps
- 1It is important to always work with meat at room temperature!
- 2Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, sear the meat for 3 minutes on each side, then place it on a plate, cover with a lid, and let it rest for 8 minutes.
- 3After the resting time, return the meat to the pan, season with salt, place the butter on top and let it melt nicely. Add the creamy and grainy mustard to the pan to lightly toast, then spread it with the butter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, add the rosemary, drizzle again with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, and then sear for another 3 minutes on each side. While cooking, baste with the mustard-butter-olive oil sauce.
- 4Once done, place it on a cutting board and slice immediately.
- 5You can serve it with steak fries and a fresh salad.
- 6Preparation time: 30 minutes
