Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 red onion
  • 300 g brown button mushrooms
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet
  • 1 teaspoon mixed peppercorns
  • 100 g bulgur
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon savory
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 1 bunch fresh radish
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 pinch salt

    Slice the red onion into thin rings and sauté in a little oil.

    Add the quartered mushrooms, fry until golden brown, then add the diced meat. Season with pepper, then brown the meat. Add the bulgur and stir a few times. Add the minced garlic, sprinkle with savory, salt, and add the broccoli florets. Pour in just enough hot water to cover, then mix and cook until tender over low heat, covered.
