Feind Olaszrizling Borzsák

Olaszrizling, which was made with reductive technology. Its aroma has reseda and floral notes, while its taste is characterized by almond. It is a well-drinkable, easy-to-understand wine for everyday consumption.

Producer information

In 1995, Lajos Feind founded the winery when he bought 14 hectares of vineyards on the shore of Lake Balaton. This is where viticulture started, and this was continued in the direction of the winery. In 20 years, he expanded his vineyards to 130 hectares. Most of the vineyards are located on Öreg-hegy in Balatonfőkajár, but they also have areas in Balatonvilágos, Balatonaliga and Balatonfüred, so all their plantations belong to the Balatonfüred-Csopak wine region.

In January 2019, Lajos Feind entrusted the management of the winery to his son, Zoltán Feind, and to the managing director, István Bacskai. According to the new leaders, the winery had long outgrown itself, so they dreamed up a 2000 m2 winery on the border of Balatonfőkajár. This was a complete investment, so everything is now in one place, from grape processing and presses to the bottling plant.
