Juniper: Of course, organic juniper is the obvious garnish for a G&T! Juniper forms the essence of gin and is also used in many tonics. Lightly crush the berries before use to release the aromas and add 2-3 to each glass. Combine with fresh rosemary, or lemon, grapefruit or lime zest.

Star Anise: One whole star anise will be enough for each drink, unless you want the aniseed flavour to dominate. Combine with fresh citrus zest and rosemary.

Pink Peppercorns: The beautiful red organic berries have a lovely floral aroma with slight peppery notes. Use 5-6 pink peppercorns per drink. They can also be frozen into ice cubes and served with juniper, cucumber slices or citrus zest, fresh herbs or fresh fruit.
