Monin Caramel Syrup has a very characteristic strong scent. The taste of roasted caramel - the expression caramel means caramelized sugar - is traditionally made by melting sugar in a pan with a little water. Caramel gets its rich taste and colour from the heating and melting process of the sugar. Caramel is enjoyed as a base flavour, but also in harmony with other flavours. With the versatile MONIN Caramel syrup you can make countless wonderful drinks. It is excellent for coffee specialities, cocktails, desserts and cooking!

100 years of experience behind MONIN has made it the brand with the largest selection, with more than 140 flavours in more than 140 countries! In 1912, George Monin created the brand in Bourges, France. The brand's slogan at the time was: "passion for quality". Quality is still a defining concept in the company's life, where every bottle bears a lot number, so it can be traced back to which materials and by whom the product was made. MONIN products do not contain artificial preservatives, yet they have a long shelf life (3 years). They contain natural ingredients, with a high fruit content - from selected fruits. They use 100% cane sugar as a sweetener.
