Germi Orsó

Due to its spiral shape, it captures any sauce. It is also excellent as a side dish and as a base for pasta salads.

APPLE-CELERY PASTA SALAD WITH BREADED TURKEY STRIPS

Ingredients

• 200 g Gyermelyi 4-egg orsó,
• 250 g turkey breast fillet,
• 100 g apple,
• 100 g celery,
• 150 g colorful bell pepper,
• 1 pc lemon,
• 100 g green salad,
• 0.5 dl olive oil,
• 2 dl yogurt,
• 0.5 dl milk,
• 80 g grated cheese,
• 1 pc egg,
• 60 g breadcrumbs,
• salt,
• ground pepper,
• 1 tablespoon honey

Preparation

• Cut the apple, bell peppers and celery into thin strips. Salt, pepper, add lemon juice, honey and oil. Let it rest for a few minutes while you prepare the meat.
• Cut the cleaned meat into thin strips, then salt it. Toss it in the egg beaten with milk, then in the breadcrumbs mixed with grated cheese. Place it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake it in a 200 °C oven until golden brown.
• When serving, mix the cooked pasta and sour cream with the reserved vegetables. Season if necessary and serve on the torn lettuce leaves. Put the hot meat strips on top.
