Germi Spagetti

Ingredients
- 400 g Gyermelyi 4 egg spaghetti,
- 300 g chicken breast fillet,
- 300 g tenderloin,
- 100 g leek,
- 200 g mixed forest mushrooms,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 3 tomatoes (peeled, seeded),
- 100 g green bell pepper,
- 150 g zucchini,
- 8 cherry tomatoes,
- 1 dl olive oil,
- parmesan,
- 1 bunch of parsley,
- salt,
- ground pepper.
Preparation
- Clean and wash the vegetables.
- Cut the chicken and the tenderloin into 16-16 pieces.
- Put a piece of chicken on a skewer, then a piece of zucchini, tenderloin and half a cherry tomato. Repeat this row once more, and then one skewer is ready. Make 8 skewers like this. Salt, pepper, then fry in oil before serving.
- For the side dish, cut the bell pepper and the leek into thin strips. Slice the forest mushrooms.
- Sauté the mushrooms in half of the olive oil, salt, pepper, sprinkle with parsley, and set aside.
- Sauté the sliced vegetables in the other half of the oil, add the crushed garlic. Add the chopped tomatoes, the mushrooms set aside, and heat up.
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and drip.
- Finally, mix with the ragout, then put on a plate, grate cheese on top. Serve the roasted skewers on the side.

It all started on January 21, 1953, when twelve farmers from Gyermely, unable to bear the increasingly impossible burdens of individual farming, founded the Petőfi Cooperative. In 1970, the government decided to build a pasta factory, for which they were looking for a location. Gyermely's reputable cooperative undertook the task and was given the opportunity. This is how Gyermelyi Zrt. was founded.
