Product Description

A product made from boneless pork belly, formed into a near rectangular shape, without bone, cartilage or skin, prepared by curing and smoking. In the case of sliced products, the slices are approx. 1-1.5 mm thick, in a protective gas packaging. 
The smoked product is reddish in colour, the sliced product contains at least two layers of meat and a cream-white layer of bacon. The smoked cured meat has a perceptible aroma and flavour, with a pleasantly mild salty taste. Smoked with beechwood.

Use

The product can only be consumed after thorough heat treatment!
