It comes from an exclusive recipe, simple and genuine, respecting tradition. It is a product with a centuries-old history and is considered the most famous cured meat in the entire gastronomic tradition of the city of Bologna. Dacello Mortadella contains no added polyphosphates, caseinates, milk powder and is gluten-free. Made in Italy.
