Traditionally eaten as a sandwich, where there can be more sliced meat than bread. Heat-treated pork product with a protected geographical indication. It comes from an exclusive recipe, simple and genuine, respecting tradition. It is a product with a centuries-old history and is considered the most famous cured meat in the entire gastronomic tradition of the city of Bologna. Dacello Mortadella contains no added polyphosphates, caseinates, milk powder and is gluten-free. Made in Italy.
