Yutto Roasted unsalted peanuts

Blanched and roasted peanuts without salt. Blanched, shelled peanuts, deprived of the thin, membranous inner shell. Blanching is actually a kitchen process in which the raw material is pre-cooked, heat-treated, and then quickly cooled down, thus stopping the cooking process. In many places it is also called scalding or shocking, as the pre-cooking takes place in boiling water, but only for a relatively short time, so the raw material is really only shocked, it does not fully cook.

The product is recommended for consumption on its own or for making cereals, cakes, fillings, both raw and roasted.

The surface of the peanuts is partly covered with white spots. This is because the peanuts are dry roasted. No oil is used during roasting. Thanks to this process, you consume less fat than with traditional oil roasting.

Despite its high fat content, peanuts are rich in vitamins A, E and C, calcium, sodium and fibre, i.e. those nutrients that we consume the least according to surveys.

Peanuts are a complete food that contains vitamins, minerals, protein and healthy unsaturated fats. They do not contain cholesterol. Scientists have found that a diet rich in monounsaturated fats, such as peanuts, can also help prevent heart disease.

Peanuts are a great source of magnesium, copper, phosphorus, potassium and zinc.
