Colores Santos - Carmenere Syrah do Colchagua, red, 2021

Red wine made from Carmenere (90%) and Syrah (10%) grapes grown in the Colchagua Valley. Over the past twenty years, the valley has evolved from a quiet agricultural area into one of Chile's most important and active wine regions. The low altitude of its coastal hills allows the Pacific Ocean breezes to interact with the winds from the Andes, refreshing the valley and extending the region's ripening period, which helps preserve the acidity of the grapes and results in red wines with excellent colour, freshness and ageing potential.

The beautiful aromas of strawberry and raspberry are elegantly combined with subtle notes of herbs, spices and cedar. On the palate, the wine is juicy and fresh. It has a spicy roundness and texture. This red blend pairs very well with pork and pasta. Alcohol content: 13.5%.
