The yellow, springy noodles are the main ingredient of the eponymous delicious and hearty (ramen) dish, which is a vegetable-based broth with various meat, fish and vegetable additives. The name of the noodles comes from the words "la" (to pull) and "yum" (noodles), which perfectly reflects the traditional method of production – long strands stretched by hand.
Instructions for use
Put the noodles in boiling water, cook for 3 minutes from boiling. Rinse with cold water, drain.
