Ász Aspic
Aspic is a traditional, folk food, which can be found in many kitchens around Christmas and New Year's Eve. It is a cold dish, which owes its unique "aspic" texture to the solidified, gelatin-containing juice.

Our company was founded in 1994. Initially, ÁSZ Vendéglátó és Parképítő Kft. was engaged in the production and delivery of cold kitchen preparations, primarily for the population. Later, however, we also managed to get our products into retail. The current core activity of the enterprise is the implementation of events at external and own locations, the operation of food production and salad bars, with which we serve the needs of the population.

Storage
Between 0-5 °C. Once opened, it can be consumed for 3 days when stored in the refrigerator!
