Old, scattered plantation of mixed grape varieties harvested together, prepared simply, according to ancient tradition, with cabernet franc giving it its final face. Its aroma is dominated by ripe fruitiness (black cherry, black currant), which is complemented by spicy notes (cinnamon, cocoa powder) during tasting to create a complete whole.

Producer information

István Ipacs Szabó does not use machines, only a scythe and a sprayer. The estate means much more to him, an essential part of organic farming is that quality, not quantity, is the key. He farms a total of 1.5 hectares of vineyards, which he tends himself, so year after year he can throw himself into his work with more knowledge and experience.
