High-fat consumer milk made from whole cow's milk (unskimmed), heat-treated at high temperature. Selected, extra quality milk imported directly from producers is used to produce consumer milk. Evenly bone-white, free from fluffiness and sediment, characteristically fatty, slightly cooked, but with a clean taste.
