Thanks to its high protein content, it can be consumed as a main meal with a little honey or fruit sauce. Especially if you like exercising: a rich source of protein with low carbohydrate content.

Csengő Manufaktúra Kft. started and still operates as a family business. The family has been engaged in dairy cattle farming for nearly 40 years and in milk processing for 10 years. Their products are made from whole milk, using traditional methods, without additives or preservatives, and by hand.
