Skinless pollock fillet with low bone content. The meat has a characteristic flavour. Pollock is also known as pollack, lives in large shoals, especially in the northern waters of the Atlantic Ocean. It is adapted to stay in deep and open water, at a depth of about 200 m. The predatory fish feeds on crustaceans and small fish, grows very quickly and can live up to 25 years.
