Mare is a true Mediterranean gin, full of fresh, crisp flavours, vitality and light. It is made in the town of Vilanova, next to Barcelona, and the authentic Mediterranean feeling is given by rosemary, thyme, olive and basil. This is complemented by the fruity character of fresh Seville oranges and lemons. Interestingly, the copper still in which Mare gin is distilled operates in a chapel that was once owned by monks.
